Since the 1970s, I have been affiliated with major hotel brands, independent properties, hotel owners and managers and their initiatives to create organizations that efficiently and profitably operate hotels. As a successful hotelier, author and educator, my reputation has been built on my ability to offer common sense solutions to the continually changing obstacles and concerns that hospitality businesses face.

As one who has earned the designation of “expert”, I recognize the need to keep an open mind when working with disruptive issues and problems. Whether I am working with legal cases as an expert witness or assisting hotel owners in tackling problems, my focus remains to provide the best counsel based on my experience as one who has “been there.” I recognize one must apply a balance of proven approaches and innovation in dealing with those issues facing business today.
