Many of these were long term and repeat clients that include Convention and Visitors’ Bureaus, Chambers of Commerce, the 3000 room Opryland Hotel, major hospitality brands, management companies , national and regional hospitality associations.
My background includes teaching college level courses as an adjunct professor at three different colleges over a 20-year period, as well as service to the Educational Institute of the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AH&LA) as a seminar creator, presenter, and subject matter expert resource.

Our HospitalityEducators.com group was awarded a multi-year contract beginning in 2012 to provide industry recognized certification training for the world’s largest hotel ownership group, the Asian American Hotel Owners Association. This contract was renewed in 2015 and completed its service in mid – 2018 with more than 500 days of programs in North America. More than 1,800 hotel owners/managers completed this 5-day program, with a 97%+ approval rating from attendees. We were retained to offer recertification programs in 2018 and 2019.
